Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements vary by municipality and project scope. Lionsgate will discuss known permit requirements during project planning. Property owners remain responsible for confirming approvals unless permit handling is specifically included in the written contract.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Nassau County Home Improvement Licence #203593. Licensed and insured.
Will it stay dry?
Moisture management is part of the plan from day one. We look at how water behaves around your foundation before anything gets framed.
